In the year 1995, a milestone was achieved with the establishment of Prime Bank Limited, orchestrated under the insightful guidance of the Chairman of Meghna Group, Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan, who graced this enterprise as one of the founding directors. In 2003-2004, the chairman of Meghna, Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan assumed position of Chairman within Prime Bank, thus further cementing the Group's venerated stature as a formidable entity within the financial panorama. Today Prime Bank is one of the largest private commercial banks in Bangladesh.
